The electronic platform "Absher" of the Ministry of Interior Affairs carried out a total of 26,301,072 electronic processes in January of last year, benefiting individuals and businesses through Absher.
Within Absher Individuals platform, the number of executed processes reached 23,319,656, including 16,667,488 document review processes through the digital wallet available to citizens, residents, and visitors via Absher app. Meanwhile, the number of processes in Absher Business platform reached 2,981,416.
The number of processes executed for General Security services reached 3,373,708 processes, including 3,271,007 processes in the traffic sector. Additionally, the number of processes executed in the Passports sector reached 2,630,819 processes, with 488,881 processes executed in the Civil Status sector.
Through the public services on Absher Individuals platform, 89,259 document delivery requests were processed, 84,349 reports were issued through Absher Reports service, and 1,746 general fingerprint inquiries were handled.
It is worth mentioning that the number of unified digital IDs issued by the Ministry of Interior through Absher platform has exceeded 28 million. These IDs can easily and reliably access the services of the ministry's sectors through its electronic platforms - Absher Individuals, Absher Business, and Absher Government, reaching over 500 government and private entities through the Unified National Access Portal "Nafath”.
