According to the service terms, you can issue or renew passports for family members under 15 years old, with the following conditions:

1- They do not have a fingerprint registered in the system (they have not been issued a national ID)

2- Availability of Wasel address

3- Payment of service fees according to the period chosen

4- Presence of the family member inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Please follow the steps below for passport delivery

1- Get the passport renewal notice form from your Absher account, along with the old passport and hand them over to the postal employee

2- Verify the registered national address

3- Pay the delivery fee

4- The renewed passport will be sent, along with the old one to your national address

After logging in to your Absher account, select authorizations; then authorization to review a  sector; then choose the passport department, the required service, the authorized person’s ID number, and issue the authorization.

1- Existence of a registered Wasel address

2- Passport can be issued for 5 years

3- Family member has not been issued a national ID card

4- Payment of the passport issuance fees

5- Family member does not have a passport

6- Individual must be present inside the kingdom

After logging in to your Absher account, select services from the list of my services – documents delivery by mail - request document delivery; then choose the registered national address (Wasel) to be delivered.

1- Pay the passport issuance fees--according to the selected period--through your bank account.

2- Login to your Absher account.

No, it is not required; according to the service terms, a travel permit is issued to those who are under 21 years of age

The period is 90 days from the date of entry of domestic workers into the kingdom; the residence permit is issued during this period.

The service is executed by one of the parents after logging into his/her Absher account
