The vehicle must also meet certain criteria, such as being of the "private" or "private transport" type for citizens, and "private" only for residents. The vehicle must also be registered and valid, have a valid periodic inspection, and have valid insurance. Agree on the Terms: The seller and buyer must agree on the sale price and other terms before starting the sale process through Absher.

For the Seller:

1. Log in to Absher platform.
2. Go to Vehicle Services: Search for the "Vehicle Services" section in Absher, then select "Sell Vehicles."
3. Select the Vehicle: Select the vehicle you want to transfer from the list displayed.
4. Enter Buyer Information: Enter the buyer's ID number and date of birth.
5. Set the Sale Price: Enter the agreed-upon sale price.
6. Add Bank Account Details: Enter the number of your bank account where you want the proceeds of the sale to be deposited.
7. Review and Confirm the Request: Carefully review all of the entered information, then confirm the request.
8. Wait for the Buyer's Response: The buyer will receive a notification of the transfer request within one hour, and they will be able to accept or decline it.
9. Complete the Delivery and Payment: Once the buyer accepts, the parties must complete the delivery of the vehicle and payment (through Absher's secure payment system) before confirming the transfer.

For the Buyer:

1. Accept the Request: You will receive a notification from Absher regarding the transfer request. Review the details, and accept the request within one hour if you agree.
2. Review the Information: Carefully review the vehicle information and sale price before confirming your acceptance.
3. Transfer the Amount: Use Absher's secure payment system to transfer the agreed-upon amount to the seller's account.
4. Get New Insurance: Obtain new insurance for the vehicle before completing the transfer.
5. Pay Government Fees: Pay the government fees of 150 Saudi riyals and Absher fees of 230 Saudi riyals.
6. Confirm Delivery: Once you have received the vehicle and checked it, you must confirm the delivery through Absher.
7. Transfer of Ownership: Upon confirmation, the vehicle ownership will be officially transferred to you.
