This service is intended for Saudi citizens, to issue a national identity card for family member , considering the following procedures and pre-conditions.

• Select “my services
• Select “Civil Affairs”
• After submission, you will be notified of the status of your request.
After the card is issued, it will be sent to your National address

• The family member to be introduced must not have: a national identity card, or a previous application.
• There should be no unpaid fines on the beneficiary.
• The age of the beneficiary must be between 10 and 19 years.
• The user must pay the fee for delivery of the new national ID.

• A copy of the requirements must be provided to avoid cancellation of the application.
• The user must view and approve the data of the entered family member.
